Jazz announcement?
Yikes!!...Jazz pulling out of ft nelson, ft st john, and grande prairie by may 31/04. I guess the "new" rj's the're getting can't fly in there or something.
You are right, they are pulling out of those markets, or that specific run anyways, there was one that went to those places out of YYC. Too bad, I did that one many times, it was pretty good as far as I saw. Fort Nelson is the only place that is being pulled out of all together.
As for the RJ's, we will have to wait until Mar 17 to see how the plane allocation is announced.

And Peace Air, and possibly QuikAir.
The end result will likly be better service for the travellers from these communities.
Good Riddance to Jazz.
Oh, maybe West Jet will stop blaming Peace Air for their problems with any routes up there.
Doubt it!

Pilots get higher, SCUBA Divers do it deeper!

you know that when jazz pulls out it is only because their feeder airline (secret name CMA) want to able to compete with with whom ever is in the small community. Just want they will work on the competitor and then come back as aircanada with even high fares. the communities like ft. nelson & gp have been through this before they are aware of the the aircanda ways.
Ah………Peace Air has been serving Ft Nelson, Fort St. John, and Grande Prairie for several years now http://www.peaceair.net . CMA seems to be bypassing on Grande Prairie at this point http://www.flycma.com .
