Has anyone seen CF-HKH

I have been looking for a Aeronca Chief that my father used to own. Canadian rec CF-HKH.
I looked it up on Transport Canada and it shows the last C of R issued in 1999 in Telegraph Creek BC. It may also be in Watson Lake area. I have tried to contact the owner but no luck. Has anyone seen it around anywhere?
