NACair selling airplanes?

Post by Slappy the Squirrel »

I heard from someone that NACair is having financial difficulties, and sold 2 of their PC-12's because of it. Anybody know if this is true?? This is second hand info.

I think I remember something about NACair joining with Old Dutch to make some sort of mega force... kind of like a Megazordish type thing from Power Rangers? Remember Kimberley? The things i would eat out of...

Hasn't this rumor being going around for a while?

Better check your source, as there's no financial difficulties here. Just some restructuring to deal with crewing levels and movement within the industry.

Maybe I slept through that class, but isn't restructuring a common result of financial difficulties. Flying PC-12's and BE10 at 20-30% load factors sounds like difficulties to me.

Better check your sources as well. I assure you that our load factors are higher than that. I just did a quick check and on the 17 remaining flight segments this afternoon, there is a 63% load factor. Plus our charter side is keeping 1-2 planes in the air almost every day.

But Seriously Here's the new plane there replacing them with. (Currently in YLW getting painted) Wood bench seats running lenght wise leaving room for pallets of pop and chips, easy on and off for all the pasengers. No seat belts just handles dangling from the ceiling like on a subway.

I'm really sorry for all the NACair guys and gals out of work, but the writing has been on the wall for quite a while now. The fact that they stopped operation to some destination over Christmas was a big one; the busiest travel time of the year and your reducing service is a very bad sign.
Best of luck to all the employees of NACair in finding a bigger, better job.
