Seniority in the Aviation industry

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a website of something that has any material or information relating to seniority in the aviation industry and its importance. I'm doing a research assignement and need some resources.

I was reading a Flying magazine the other day in the waiting room of my dentists office, and it had a big article on seniority. Sorry I don't remember the issue, but the cover article was about the TBM700C2 if that helps you out.

Ummm because maniac779 asked for a resource and it had some very basic information on what he was looking for. I didn't see any other resources posted so I said to myself, "Self, didn't I read something touching on that somewhere before?"

Flying Magazine issue is April 2003. Obviously an American point of view.

In Canada, Seniority simply means you're OLD!!!
