I flew about 800 hrs in the last year on a 1900.

Now I do 250hrs/year and nearly 5 time the $$$

I heard somewhere that Cat flies 5000 hr a year.

Heard from an aquaintance (how ever you spell that word) whom got hired by an american carrier on the 320 and claimed he flew around 3000 hours in 8 months. I find this ridiculous as there are only 5760 hours in 8 months...anyone know what the FAA maximum duty times are?

The limit is 1000 hours/year down the border and 1200 hours/year up here.
I did 900 hours last year.

Nah, he just finally figured out how to handle a 6 knot crosswind Hows that go again Cat? Is it rudder into the wind or out?

Nevermind now I remember, it is power idle, feet planted on the floor, full flap, and try and keep it off the runway as long as possible
