Anyone want to take over my lease in YYZ?

Post by KAG »

So Me and the misses just bought a house, so I’m giving up the Apartment in High park (YYZ). There is a lease in place until Aug 31, so if someone takes it off my hands it will be month to month after that. Assuming the landlord allows me to “assign” the lease, standby for that. If not he’ll want a 2 year lease.

It’s a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, huge pad in high park. Hardwood floors throughout, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms, gas stove, double fridge, 2 AC units, and covered patio that allows BBQ (good luck finding that in High Park). Parking for 3 cars, and free laundry. Price is $2300 and includes heat, water. Hydro is about $30 a month in winter, $75/month in summer months with both AC units going 24/7.
This is a great location with a 1 min walk to subway, and a quick drive to work.
Perfect for a couple of pilots who want to enjoy Toronto and live in a nicer pad.
As of right now, there is a current roommate who would like to stay, he’s here maybe 10-15 days a month.
Were Looking to get out by June 1st ish.

PM if interested.
