Hello,

Just wanted to say thanks to the gate agents in YVR and the crew of AC 136 on March 28/08 for a perfect flight.

I end up positioning around quite a bit these days and it is pretty seldom I really enjoy a flight, and this one was great. After a long night of flying I was heading back to Toronto. I was able to change flights to leave earlier, which was great. The gate agents were nice enough to upgrade me and my traveling companion. The Flight Attendants gave me two meals because I looked hungry. The seatback TV was good, and the pilots just barely woke me up with the landing.

Just wanted to say thanks for going above and beyond, and it is nice to see that profesional courtesy is still alive in this industry.
