Re: Airco
unfortunatly any rumors of high turn over usually have some truth to them. Also high turn overs, ( I have found) usually means that the company is laking in one or more areas Thanks for the info
Re: Airco
My sources is the opposite with Airco, The maintenance side is not a walkthrough closet like some shops especially in the Edmonton Region. I have had a talk with CB a couple times and He seems to be a pretty good egg same with the Ops manager and CP. Mind you that was all during interviews so maybe they were putting on the silver and china so to speak.
Shop is clean and the staff are friendly, I do know a few people that worked there in years passed and spent more then a season with them, then like most moved to bigger and better like most of us do! I could name more shops that have a revolving door but won't post that here. Suffice to say you could do worse then Airco especially in Edmonton!
And no I didn't take the job they offered, I had a better offer present itself so took it instead!

.... Maintenance is a science since it's execution relies, sooner or later, on most or all of the sciences. Lindley R. Higgins Maintenance Engineering Handbook; Mcgraw-Hill, NY, 1990.. Look ma, I'm a Scientist!
