Johnny D is right in that there is 2/3 the amount in the profit share kitty for the May 30th cheque relative to November last. So, with hiring more owners, I would guess that the actual amount you and I will get will be closer to 1/2 what you got in November which will be double what you got last May (if you've been at WestJet that long).

Follow up. My PS cheque was just over 64% of the November cheque (referring to pre-tax numbers). That is pretty close to the 66% some of us forecast, so the methodology seems sound for predictions in the future.
