Come on, really? You're sounding pretty area 51 to me. While I'm certain they're capable I would doubt they'd do it without at least releasing an advisory/NOTAM of some sort.

Yeah there is indeed GPS jamming, on certain days. When it's in use all the GPS approaches in the specified area are unavailable for obvious reasons.
