most likely can expect flow control if only one ILS is still up and running (26L)?

OMG.. it must be time for crisis management... Sunny skies and no ILS?? What are we going to do?? I'd say that the visual will still work for most operators.. Should not be a big deal...

Pretty much normal ops in YYZ (only half of the available facilities in use at any one time... except for radio frequencies... all 40 of them are in use ALL THE TIME). But that's a whole other rant...

If the weather goes down they will just use the south runway for arrivals and the north for departures. They were doing it a while ago and it works just fine. Not a big deal.
