28k last I heard...but decent benefits and travel. Know your CAP GEN and general IFR, know the company and its destinations, be prepared to talk about yourself a bit as well (name a situation when...)

F/Os at the bear make more than 28K. Add at least 5K to that (including per diums).

Sorry I don't understand what it is like to pay someone to get a job as I have not had the experience of having done so.
