Y'know... hate crime laws in Canada are a tad bit stricter than our neighbours' to the south... we don't have "freedom of speech" in quite the same manner. Perhaps they'll get their asses arrested when they start protesting?

Were you replying to my post? I was just trying to suggest that instead of subjecting some poor bear to this lady's presence, she could be locked up with the person who apparently delivered God's wrath. Maybe he'll hear a few more voices in his head and deliver God's wrath once again...

ah, Well then if thats the case, great plan! (and if it fails, we can always introduce the bear afterwards)
Methinks the Phelps and the Khadrs should just meet up and @#$! themselves. That way when someone finally decides to take care of some problems the two most hated families in the US and Canada will be conveniently in the same room.

The Westboro Baptist Church is a well known cult in the U.S. and has been discussed on this forum before. They aren't worth the five minutes of your life lost reading this thread.
On slow news days the media looks up their latest ravings and publishes them to sell a few rags.

Courage is the price that life exacts for granting peace. The soul that knows it not, knows no release from the little things; knows not the livid loneliness of fear, nor mountain heights where bitter joy can hear the sound of wings.

DALLAS (Reuters) - At least 13 people on their way to a religious festival were killed when a private charter bus crashed north of Dallas, police reported on Friday.
The bus carrying 55 people lost control on a highway overpass, slid along a guard rail and rolled on its side near Sherman, Texas, about 60 miles north of Dallas, at about 12:45 a.m. CDT (1:45 a.m. EDT) Friday, police said.
"We have 13 (dead) confirmed at this time," police Lt. Steve Ayers said at a press conference from the scene of the crash.
Police said the bus did not plunge from a bridge as some initial media reports suggested. Local TV footage showed the mangled wreckage of the bus.
The number of injured remained unclear, but some reports put the figure around 40. Police said a blown tire appeared to be the main cause of the crash.
The driver of the bus was reported to be in stable condition.
Local media reported that most of passengers were from the Vietnamese Martyrs Church of Houston and were on their way to Carthage, Missouri, for the Marian Days festival, an annual celebration of the Virgin Mary.
