Can anyone corroborate the rumour that I have heard (not you Marv...) that they have dropped the requirement to write the exam at the completion of probation? 8)

Heard this too... heard letter announcing same will come out in Sept.

Just spoke to MLO in yyz... and It is official. NO MORE PROBATION EXAMS!!! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :lol:

It was a memo isued Aug. 27th...it's on acaeronet...my news...flt ops website....memo 58-08...

as of Sept. 1st...prob exam is a gonner!!!
