Here's a guy who admits that daddy got him his first job. Ho you really don’t know what’s it’s like to have no connections and really have to scrape to get that all-important first job.
That said the guy has a few valid points.
In some back handed way he’s pointing out that if you stop accepting to “pay our dues” by working the ramp and such, it would improve the entry level scene. Sadly there is always someone willing do whatever it takes.
