Your original post mentioned nothing about your course already being used with "your" airline.
You seem willing to diss some people who have been around the block a few times. This must be part of your "course"? I seem to remember taking a CRM course, or six, that advocate using all the information available to you in your decision making process. You don't seem to be listening to your own advice.
BTW, I've taken the odd course. . has taught the odd course. You? You seem to just want teach the odd course...your way?

From reading his posts it would seem he is an FO with Jazz and was working on getting his ATPL Doc, with his goal to work for WJ.
Maybe WJ is hiring him to train new Captains in proper CRM etc?
Lets see he is 28 years old.....so he was born in 1980.
In 1980 I had held an ATPL for around 15 years and was filling out my insurance forms with 20,000 hours T.T.
By the way one of the best CRM environments I worked in was flying a DC3 for Mobil oil in 1970.
So ten years before rampking was born we had excellent CRM training.....go figure?

Maybe the course should be offered to all the old crusty guys in the left seat that make a 3 day pairing almost unbearable, rather than enjoyable and a great learning experience.
Ps:I am not saying all old captains are crusty, infact the old guys often offer some of the best flying days!

Conversely many young pilots are know it all's with their heads full of what they learned in flight school who are unwilling to listen and learn form the older captains who have learned that doing it trumps school learning.
Fortunately there are not as many of them as there the young eager to learn types who have respect for those above them in the industry.

Well, I'm into the Mount Gay and watching the presidential debates, so maybe shouldn't be posting, but I will say this.
I don't think . is a prick at all. I know who he is and what his story is. He's earned several times over the right to say what he does.
Don't know Doc. I accept that he's probably no fool in the left seat. I do think he went into the ditch with his comments early on in this thread and I've had my say on that.

You started out well, I defended what you had to say, and you come back with a mouthful of abuse to the old boys. If I were you, which I'm not, I don't think I'd try so hard to lose when the general weight of this thread was favoring you.

My most treasured thing in my flying career is reading about the pilots who I flew with and trained over the decades before I retired.
Here is a picture of two of my last crew members flying for Red Bull this past summer.

To say I am proud of them is an understatement.

Geez, I wish I knew what this post was originally about, it sounds interesting.

It is a fact that a lot of younger pilots' flying skills advance at a quicker pace than their airmanship. I have seen a few copilots become unbearable during their attempts to "be assertive" after believing too much of what they were fed in a "CRM" course. These same guys become bossy little tyrants when they get into the left seat. People are advancing into positions of authority with fewer hours of experience than would have been believed possible even 5 years ago. Maybe we need "courses" to bolster the lack of experience. The armed forces gives leadership courses to new officers. It seems sensible to me. The flight crew are the "officers" of the ship and they should know what that means. It doesn't just mean they are awesome pilots.
Mind you, someone who is as easily discouraged and quick to anger as the original poster may not be the best choice to teach a leadership course, all the same it's an interesting idea.

Seems like a bit of an overreaction towards someone you don't know. Spoken like a true believer in CRM! Nobody has all the answers, all the time. Someday you may run into someone who knows more than you do. Then, what ya going to do? Tell them to "get over" yourself? You have all the answers? Have at it. You want to "teach" a command course? BTW, do you actually eat with that mouth?
