Weasels
I need to gripe about company weasels. You know the type! They are the ones that have the flight ops manager on speed dial and are the first to take management out for beers. They are the ones that when they walk into a room, the whole room goes quiet. These people also are always doing “little” jobs that they have no business doing (like doing the SOP’s when they have no time at all). And why is that they feel the need to tell you how to do everything, regardless of how long you have been doing your job or how “new” they are at theirs. I am also getting tiered of being told that I am not doing enough on my time off for the company. I am already bent over at the waist when I look at the size of my pay check but with the weasels way of thinking he would want me to bring my own strap on to the party. If some of these people took the time to slow down and open their eyes they might learn a thing or two. Instead they go about as normal and are completely oblivious, especially to why their plane went onto it’s tail. I’m always amazed at how guys like this are able to succeed. To think, theses are the effects of just one guy. I don’t know how I will be able to last the summer when the second weasel comes back. At least last summers weasel was hiding at home every time there was work to be done. I don’t know if I will be able to last the summer when they will be around in stereo. I try to get along with these people but my stomach won't let me. How do you guys deal with these people?
If anyone is looking for a new pilot I got a good deal on one that is slightly used.

Hey Buddy,
I'm having the same kind of day. I work with a couple of guys that are just like that. Those types are par for the course in this very competitive, aggressive industry.
I try not to focus on ass kissers who buy into the program way too much.

You know you've landed with the wheels up if it takes full power to taxi to the ramp.
WayDownTown,
Rather than bottle it up try to take out your aggression and gain satisfaction by embarrassing and shunning the individuals in a social setting. This will give the bas***ds the beating they deserve, but on an emotional level hopefully causing some deep seeded mental issues which may even lead to them leaving an industry they never should have joined in the first place! Most times this method proves to be quite satisfying and I find it usually puts you in a bit better position than if you would have beat the piss out of the person
There is no way that a good honest guy should have to suffer because some nerd wants to polish knobs to get to the top. There are too many people like that in this industry I say weed em out!
Good Luck!
