Good school in Vancouver or Toronto???

Can anyone recommend good school for ME IFR in Vancouver or/and Toronto and what are the CASA requirements for obtaining ME IFR if single engine IFR is held.

Hi: In Toronto I would suggest Canadian Flyers at Markham. We have a Seminole at $230 /hr. That is the best rate in the GTA. In terms of upgrading from as single to a multi, all you need to do is a flight test. One of my students did an upgrade last month. The flight test was the LOC at YOO, a hold at YOO and the NDB into YKZ. If you want more info let me know

buttonville has 2 seminoles with HSI+RMI+DME, one has a new IFR Garmin 430 in it.
