Hello all,
I have recently learned that you cannot own a canadian registered airplane if you are not a canadian citizen.
Now, I am aware there is a similar law in the US, but there are loopholes in the FAA regs (registering the aircraft under a corporation) that make it possible.
So my question is, how can a non-citizen own an airplane in Canada, or is it impossible?
Any help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Adam B.

Simply register a corporation, then register the aircraft under the Canadian Corporation name. No Problem.
