Wrenches and radios I don't want to sound insensitive but why in the name of Christ would you want to start an AMO when so many are getting out of that business for the very reason you are asking this question.

If you want to be a mechanic why not start a business where you don't have to write several pages of mandatory documentation describing how you connected a bolt and a nut, so some drone in government can drag their knuckles across your shop floor to get your paper work to study and try and figure out how you managed to perform that amazing task?

( Now there is a long sentence. )

The most difficult thing about flying is knowing when to say no.

After over a half a century of flying I can not remember even one trip that I refused to do that resulted in someone getting killed because of my decision not to fly.

Try the Transport TP 14308 manual can be found online. Just have to fill in the blanks. Also good for an internal audit if your MPM has gone through about 15 revisions like mine
