how are they now , well or bad, does anybody know if they're thinking about hiring S/o on the B727 in anear futur ?

They just had a 727 s/o job open in October I believe. The mins were 300TT but 1500 preferred. Maybe they'll have another one soon.

300TT? how many years as an SO would you have to serve before getting upgraded?

thats no fair, now the rest of us won't know! Screw the 27, I heard the HERC guys get to carry their own van with them so they never need a shuttle! How awsome is that!?
