Kudos to the CEO of JAL. The best quote in that clip:
We in Japan have learned during the bubble economy that businesses who pursue money first fail.
I have tons of respect for any CEO who puts their company before their wallet. There are few.

I love his reaction when he's told how much CEOs in North America make.

Can you imagine an airline CEO in North America making less than a pilot? Never happen!
