Oh so that's what it stands for. I assumed it was like the 'Beaver' or 'Otter' , named after an animal-I thought a Qantus was one of those funny Australian animals with a beak and fur, but I never wanted to say anything .....

This "QANTAS" you refer to must be an airline that specializes in transporting mermaids such as this:

I assume this due to the inclusion of her name in the company's name.

There is an airline, based in Australia, with a similar name. Their website, found here:

http://www.qantas.com.au/info/about/history/details20 states that their name stands for Queensland And Northern Territory Aerial Service.

I could be mistaken though; it's fairly easy to make a small mistake from time to time.

I was so filled with Rage about the poor Furry Quantas being clubbed in the out back, that I miss spelled Aerial. But im cool with unqualified people signing out 747's
