Maybe not the sexiest aeroplanes ever built, but the sexiest aeroplanes anyone can rent in Canada are the Diamond series from the Katana through the Eclipse and Star to the TwinStar.
All elegant and aerodynamically pleasing.
Otherwise, the CAP 10 has my vote.

Two of the sexiest aeroplane models I have are the Vickers VC10 and the Concorde, both of which have my stamps of approval (literally, I worked at BAC and BAe!).
