Real Ad, Something you'll never see in aviation
"Corporate Culture
You arrive each morning to the delicious scent of freshly roasted coffee beans - yep we roast them ourselves! On Fridays, you can look forward to our weekly company-paid lunch. And if you're feeling guilty about over-indulging, you can work it off in our well-equipped fitness facility.
Why do we discourage stress and overwork? Because we believe it's counterproductive to excellence, efficiency, and ingenuity. Through engaging work and a relaxed, positive environment, we think that we can maximize productivity and ultimately provide the best value to our customers."
This is part of an ad for a lousy $40K per job with no skill requirement in southern Ont. This is NOT a job advertisement for VAL or any other aviation related company I know of.

What little I do know is either not important or I've forgotten it!

Yeah, but since they roast the beans themselves, so it's probably a coffee company.
Here's my version:
"...you arrive each morning to the exciting aroma of jet fuel and burned coffee. Yep, we have our own planes! On long flights you can look forward to a sandwich from the snack cart. And if you're feeling guilty about goofing off in a plane all day while the people in the office are busy making money for the company, you can feel free to chip in by doing some work on the ground!
Why do we go to the bare minimum to look after the pilots while rewarding our corporate employees for every small accomplishment? Because we believe that your self-esteem is counterproductive to our own. Through punitive, reactionary, marginalizing management techniques we can maximize profit and make ourselves look like the good guys at board meetings while avoiding the concomitant hassles of maintaining a long-term workforce."
This could be the ad for another lousy $40k job in southern Ontario, or anywhere else for that matter.

Perhaps time to switch to that 40K unskilled job?
Re: Real Ad, Something you'll never see in aviation

Sounds like......
Hogwash from HR, who cant think of anything good to say about the operational side of the company.

Nah, I'm not gonna give out my Email. Shoot me a private message if you want to talk. I'm guessing my "job ad" sounds so much like the place you work, you figure I work there too...
