Get your helicopter license, it is far more rewarding than fixed wing.

At ninteen you need not worry about cost as you have a lifetime to work on that issue.

Due to the high cost of helicopter training a lot of guys are doing their fixed-wing commercial, then converting to rotary... this may work for you if training costs are an issue.
