That appears to be the kicker. I have not personally discussed terms and conditions with them but from what I hear from people working there, the pay is better on the same equipment elsewhere, hence the bond.
If you find the pay good enough, then by all means sign the bond. To my way of thinking you would have to pay me more than others if you want me to guarantee two years.

where is the aircraft based? I saw on the website the head office was in Toronto but they have bases in Vancouver and Moscow?

It says they are will accept a FAA ATPL? Whats the deal with that?

It is most likely based in Russia. It would be a good gig for the right people. Living and working in Russia isnt for everyone though.
