Flew Sunwing

Just got back from my annual trip to the sunny south with my "herd". Cuba.
Went down from YWG on the 12th via Sunwing 694. Got back real early this morning on 695.
I really like flying on Sunwing. Very friendly crew. In flight meal service. While no, the meal was NOT Ward Air, it was not a bag of peanuts tossed at you by some flight attendant, who seems to think her "jokes" are funny.

BTW Great to hear about the awesome service on Sunwing. I always appreciate the positives in this industry.

We were pleased with Sunwing as well this last trip to Cuba.Great service and food. They have redeemed themselves after last years fau paux. They honored their $600.00 vouchers as well. Made for a very inexpensive vacation. Wont go back to Cuba again tho.

We're looking at other destinations for next year as well. Getting a little tired of the "food". Or, maybe it's just "been there done that"? Last time to Veradero, at any rate. Won't go to Mexico again either. Too many pests on the beach. Thinking Jamaica mon.

We really appreciate the kudos at Sunwing. The girls in the back work pretty hard to deliver the service. I went down to the Mayan Riviera in November. Wonderful resort with food almost up to cruise ship standards, premium booze included in the all inclusive and no pests on the beach. The only down side is a 90 minute bus ride from the airport.

Doc,we just came back from a sandals resort in Jamaica,great place,great food.On the flip side once off the resort I got tired of the locals in your face trying to sell you stuff.Also reminded me of Shamattawa,dogs run down housing,etc.

Doc have to agree with you!! Just got home from Cuba via Sunwing and had an excellent flight. Great service and we even departed 10 minutes ahead of schedule! Also agree that we'll be giving Cuba a miss next time and am going to search for another spot in the sun!!
