I'm a Newbie from the East Coast and was wondering if Anyone could give me a Heads-UP on what my final interview will be like next week?? I have been trying to get on with WestJet for a LONG time...more than a year!

I'm just soooo happy I finally got the chance!!

I already work for an airline so I have my red pass....I hope that helps??
I was also told that if Hired..I will leave April 8th for either Toronto or Calgary for 2 weeks. Can anyone give me some kind of break down of what day to day training is like for a CSA position?? I find it so weird that I have to train for 2 full weeks
Any advice would be great!
Thanks Everyone,
Cin

The course, called ICSA, runs Mon-Fri for 2 weeks in either YYZ, YYC or YEG. You'll be learning the computer systems mostly, but also topics such as Sensitivity, IROPS, Unruly Guests, etc. will be covered. There are 3 timed pass/fail simulation exams during the course plus a self-evaluation. If you're in YYC, it's taught at the Campus so it will be all classroom work, but if you're in YEG or YYZ you'll spend mornings in the classroom and afternoons/evenings scheduled in the Operation as a Gate Assist airside or Line Ambassador at check-in.
Having a Red Pass already is awesome...let them know that. Do you work as a CSA for another airline? Ramp? For the interview just be yourself, thats all we're looking for. Are you in Deer Lake or St. John's?
Good luck
