I know this will be hard to answer as will it very for aircraft, and years of service but:
What is the max number of days you can work in a month (320 specifically)?
Is training outside the block or inside?
How many hours is Vacation credited towards your normal block?
How many hours are you blocked to, what is you pay rate based on?

-)max number of days on the A320 is 16 although average is around 14.If you are senior you can do 8-9 days...if you are around halfway 10-12 days.
-)training is outside the block since we lost that in CCAA so Sim months add 2 days.
-)Vacation is 2.55 hours per day (not sure....did it change?) or around that.
-)your block hours vary from month to month and acft to acft.In the summer you can expect 80-84 hours and November for instance somthing like 76-79 hours.
