Jeppesen has a bunch of GNSS approaches on their databases that don't show up in the CAPs. Are these legal approaches to fly if IFR?
I have seen aircraft use them but is this allowed?

Re: Non-Published Approaches
a lot of them are in the restricted cap meant for commercial ops only and for airlines that have the ops spec for them
Re: Non-Published Approaches
If you don't have the plate for it or the ops spec to use said plate, you can't fly it.
Some people are like slinkies: Not much good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
