Canjet requirements ?

Anybody knows what the requirements are for F/Os at Canjet ?

I've got 2000hrs, coming off Dash8s on the east coast.

I applied for a spot in YUL 2 weeks ago ... no news

Any tips ? Anybody ?

I'm guessing that it's pretty competitive right now. But surely someone could help this individual out.

Qualifications:

* Valid Airline Transport Pilot License with a minimum of 3500 hours of total flying time.
* Radio Operator’s Certificate.
* 1500 hours Multi-engine turbine/jet experience an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to perform effectively as a member of a team.
* Must be able to successfully pass Transport Canada Medical.
* Must have or have the ability to obtain a valid passport.
* Must have or have the ability to obtain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Pass.
* PIC experience on transport category aircraft, an asset.
* Canadian citizen or landed immigrant status.
