Overseas Twin Otter Work

Post by Rog »

I'm looking for any leads on Twin Otter positions outside of Canada. South-East Asia would be nice but I'm open to anything. PM me if you want. Thanks.

You can fly for MAF and save the people... if you're into that sort of thing.

There may be operations in Laos that you could get on, but I think the rest of SE Asia is pretty tough to get in unless it's for MAF. But I think the only spot where MAF has Twotters is PNG. They may have one in Borneo.

Anyway, there was a missionary work thread here awhile ago... I'm personally not a fan, not of MAF anyway. There are others I support though. I would look into some of the Aussie companies that are in PNG... might have a better shot there.

Sorry, can't say as I do... but I do know that Firefly and Air Asia will hire expats, so maybe these guys will too. Guess everything is worth a shot if you really want to work in SE Asia. Susi Air will hire expats too... they don't have twotters but I they have talked about it. I think they will go with the Dornier though cause they're making them again and the owner's husband is German.
