Looking to fly into Chigago next week, can anyone recommend an aiport that's good for general aviation, was thinking Midway , looking to avoid O'Hare.

I've been into MDW and PWK (Palwaukee) a few times each and they are both great. PWK is far less busy, while MDW gives easier access to downtown. Customs at PWK is quicker too.
