They were in a parade, or it's none of your business. Take your pick.

"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Traffic 500 NM north of Winnipeg, Perimeter 210 IFR METRO One Six thousand over a Frozen by Tree's 9 passengers on board Winnipeg in three hours any conflicts please advise its Perimeter 210...WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

Narrative: UPDATE TSB reported that when on descent into Winnipeg from Red Lake, the crew of Bearskin flight 311, C-GYXL, experienced an uncommanded shutdown of the right engine (Honeywell TPE 731). Checklist items were carried out and an emergency was declared. The flight continued to Winnipeg where a single engine landing was carried out. The right engine was subsequently replaced and the aircraft returned to service. Inspection of the failed right engine revealed an unserviceable fuel control

Damn hate those pesky FCU's. Seem to act up quite often. Hey wait a minute, don't those single engine PC-12's have FCU'S? Oops, now I've gone and done it.
