GPS question

Im installing a GNC150xl into a cherokee and not sure what annunciators i need... any help??

Its a VFR only unit and unless you are coupling it to a HSI/FD you do not need any external annunciators, unless you want too.

A full IFR installation would require the full STC package with flight manual supplements, external annunciators etc.

whats the differencebetween the arrival annunciator and message annunciator?

Actually annunciators are not required for an TSOd installation if the unit is within a certain viewing angle to the pilot. With the size of the Cherokee I would imagine that this would be the case but as I am just a pilot an not an AME ask your qualified avionics guy to be sure.

200 hr wonder you are correct, the display must be within 12 inches of the central scan.
