Amphib in GTA?

Does anyone know if there is someone who would be interested in renting out block time (or just time) in an amphib in the GTA? It's not for time building, just some fun flying.

I've got an ATPL, 2500 hours, 1000PIC, bunch of multi & turbine but only a bare float rating.

I know it's a long shot 'cause people don't like to let other people fly their amphibs, but I was just checking.

Heh ... I'm not sure anyone will understand this, but
asking someone to take their quarter million dollar
privately-owned pride and joy amphib out for a solo
pounding in the lake, is a lot like asking someone
to borrow their wife - you're going to give her a
good thumping tonight, too

In fact, I'll bet more owners would be more willing to
lend you their wives for a thumping than their aircraft

Anyways, even if you found some lunatic owner
interested in a threesome, offering you a reach-around,
I highly doubt you could get insurance with no float time.

Now if the original poster is serious, he will have found an old bush rat whom is well known, hire him to sit right seat during the flights (yup, its not PIC time but it dosent sound like he cares about that) BEFORE he evens seeks out semi-lunatic amphib owners...

Yes I'm serious and no, I'm not looking to build time. Unfortunately I'm stuck in the IFR world and never got to fly floats. Just looking to have some fun. I'd be happy to fly with the owner for a significant amount of time to prove I can fly.

If it doesn't happen I'll just have to put in some more time so I can afford to buy my own.
