If you are looking for a secure job, it would be one of the top ones. Grenfell Regional Health has been around for a LONG time, and they have operated aircraft since the early days of aviation. The KingAir 350 is brand new and replaced they're Commander 690 that was operated for probably 20+ years.
Not sure what the pay is, but you'd be based out of St. Anthony, which is a small coastal town on the northern tip of The Rock. The winters are hard and the summers are short. My folks are from there, and I am quite familiar with the place. I'd have a tough time moving there, but that's me. You would not find a place with friendlier locals though.
I would imagine that preference for hiring would go to Newf with some ties to the area.
