Think of the future my friend.....
1. When airlines hire, the first thing they look for is if your current on the aircraft they fly. (saves training costs etc.) Needless to say, i'm sure you don't want to fly a 1900 for your entire career.
2. If that fails they'll want to see some good PIC time rather than a gazillion hours in the right seat of anything. Especially if they're going to put you in a jet.
Take the left seat even if it's just a Kingair. The PIC time will get you on something a lot bigger than an aircraft that just meets the 12, 500 lb mark. Think of where you want to be in 5 years. Lifestyle is important too but I get the idea that you'd have a much BETTER lifestyle in 5 years with the PIC time.

I think we need more info here, how many hours of turbine PIC u got?
how 'bout total time?
If your looking to move to that 1900 operator in southern ON, you'll most likely be in the right seat for your duration there. That being said if you got a few thousand hours total, and are just looking for a better life style while you wait for a call, it might not be a bad option, get some strong sops and time on a mandatory 2 crew machine. Lots of FOs have left georgian for jetsgo recently.
I'd say If you got around 3000 hours and 1000 or so multi pic turbine , go for the 1900 operation and enjoy you life while your still young enough.

The only other consideration is the long term or short term plans. Companies that train new hires in the states on sims require a type rating on license. I think King Air 200 qualifies but so does a 1900. A King Air 100 or anything less wouldn't work. So, if you are planning on jetsgo in the near future you need a type rating. Am I wrong here? If that's the goal the 1900 thing might not e bad considering possible upgrade in 1 to 2 years.
