I can see why the security clearance, but why must you have 24-60 months military experience? Does that help when you get shot at?

I would guess its an overseas contract, the coastal surviellance work is done with the 200.

Re: PAL.... Level II Security Clearance required???
if you served in the CF for more than 24 months (not the cadets or boy scouts), chances are you've already obtained a level II clearance after basic. This would probly mean the paperwork gets processed faster. I doubt it has any significance to counting fish. More like what you may be privy to see while on patrol in.....floating ships and subs in the water and CF and USA planes in the air. Would be an interesting job , I think.
Re: PAL.... Level II Security Clearance required???
I do have a Level II clearance from my last job wonder if that would help to get the FO job.
I would be really surprised that a lot of pilots do have a Level II clearance in the pilot commnunity, since nobody need it.
The thing also is they should already have pilots with the clearance since they are already doing work for the governement.
What do you think guys.

I heard the pay is pretty crazy. It is 6 figures and don't with a 1! Anyone know if theres any truth to this?
Re: PAL.... Level II Security Clearance required???
It said it would be an asset, but I can see why they would require it if it's on their offshore King Airs.
Gravity lands us, we just make it look good.
