sigh....

ok . i already answered this question twice(atleast) but this stands as proof that you people arent reading or actualy realizing what is said.

how do i make money? thats the question right?

ok for the third time, i am a carpenter. i work as a private contract for hire. the forms of payment are either cash, certified cheque, or postmasters money order.

if someone tries to rip me off.. i perfect a claim against them, file a lein against thier business liscence, then with that claim, get a default judgement either by notary, or judge, and then proceed to indemnify a sheriff, to go sieze property, sold at an auction, and i get my share that way.

thats only if they assume im a fool and think with thier limited insight that just because there is no s.i.n number they think they will win in court, and because of my political status, going to the better business beurau to "complain" wont accomplish nothing, and they know this.
then threaten to call revenue canada on me! they all operate like you people, on assumptions.

untill a sheriff comes rolling in and takes their shit.

that is the most extreme measure. i only did that once. and yes, it worked. no i do not use the sheriff to file bullshit claims and take property. no we freemen do not manipulate the courts to make money. that is fraud. we work for our money.

but we freemen do not just hand that money over to a taskmaster. we are the creditors in our own life.

other freemen own businesses of other kinds.

so for the fourth time, how do i make money? i earn it. there is nothing enslaving about working for money. only in giving it away to a bully that does the good guy bad guy routine..
one hand feeds you privellages, and justify the other hand to take them away. either that or your money.

Well, how come you don't pay for your groceries with cash, certified cheque or money order? How come you don't accept a signed napkin or a smile?

there you go assuming again..

if you read my other posts, i explain all this.. sigh

i dont scribble on a napkin. for smal things like groceries and such, i use cash usualy.
look.... ther are sooo many ways to skin this cat. you read only a few methods.
i use that whole acceptance for value for big stuff... things immportant like, if i use a doctor,
i ask for the bill. then i used the a4v process the same way your government does it, exept i dont use thier forms. i cut out teh middle man so to speak, and dont alow them to administrate my affairs. i do it myself, and that way thier hand stays out of the cookie jar.

you all think you need a government to file your papers for you. and they are all to happy to do that. everything you ever sign... i mean everything.. not just cheques, i mean everything..
is an endorsement and they are the ones that convert it into fiaght currenct, or monopoly money.

they are the ones that take a napkin and give it value. we just copied them a few times, documented it, and showed that because it actually wiorked, proves that we are correct in what they are doing behind thier backs. we dont run around with a roll of napkins expcting the local store to accept that.

the government expects us to accept it though.

what do you thing dollar bills are? fancy paper. coins are nothing more than bits of metal.
when you borrow $80,000 from a bank, they dont put up the actual cash, the paper you signed is what creates those funds. and they just simply accept it for value, and file a lein on it
to ensure payment. they put a lein on your signature.

anyhow im not going to write up a whole lesson on commercial redemption. there are some very good lectures from a man named Wisnton Strout on google video. he can get you going on the right track...

i use the a4v process in dealing with courts, or govt. in general. with my fellow man, i would use a dam napkin if he understood the process.. but you all dont. so i use what you do understand. if everyone on the country realized this technology, inflation would go insane and our dollar would drop to about half a paso within a year because in general people think in terms if ME. and would not "re-sow" thier seed back into societey, but would squander it like Israel did, on selfish creature comforts.

this is why the government is needed. untill the perfection of the nations as expresssed in teh laws of nations, the ultimate goal being the end of civil societey and one human family,

untill this happens, the people by nature will mis manage that kind of wealth on a collective scale.

it is for this reason that most freemen ( i cannot speak for all) realize the need for government, and why we are not anti government. we are anti corruption, and want a "free-er" and truly just society. we are not anarchists, we realise the need for law, and government.

we just see a dangerous trend developing, and like rats abandon a shinkng ship of fools, so we bail out.

a pure real government is a good thing. where the rule of law truly presides in all matters.

imagine..

a government that actually fulfilled its promises.

a government that did not sanction corperations to usurp rights in favor of the dollar.

a country where your kids are not only safe, but not owned. no title deed to thier body.

a country where everyone has the power to persue destiny and not have to chase that allmighty dollar first. and get "financially secure"

That is a very utopic tought. However, like any uptopia, it is normally not reality. As long as you'll have people running people, there will be abuse to some level, wether it is with the current government of with your so-called government.

You can already see it with "intrepid" being very unhappy with Rob and feels like he's been ripped off.

maybe.. but i can govern myself acording to those standards, and still not have to take
that crap from a decietful government. and the more people that mature into this awareness,
the closer we will get to that utopia.

Nah, you're just a two bit conman who only accepts cash, but swindles other people with signed napkins and angelic smiles. What are you doing with all that cash you're squirreling away? Put it under your mattress maybe, or do you put it in a government regulated financial institution and earn interest? How about investments, got any?

Who do you think pays the salary of the Sherriff you use to strongarm money out of people who try to use your own tactics against you? Did you know it comes out of taxes you refuse to pay? You are a fraud and a conman, nothing more. All your incoherent blathering is a smokescreen to hide the fact you're just in it for the free ride. You're a burden on society my friend. You contribute nothing, create unnecessary work for honest people, and take take take but never give. Your mother must be very proud.

actually i pay that sherrif. thats whi i endemnify him! wow you assume soo much dude...

its ok the government likes people like that. you think everything around you comes from taxes. they dont. and as i said, i dont have a free ride. fool. i pay for my food. i pay for utilites the same as you! are you honestly defending taxes? do you actually believe
your government tells you the truth?

burden on society.. pff!! while you stay home and enjoy limited liability and go on welfare,
or employment insurance, and when you dont get your way, you sit there at home and cry,
complain to your co workers but never stand up and do a dam thing about it!how many times has our govt been caught with thier hand in the cookie jar! look at conrad black! and wtf did yo do about it? even though we all knew! wtf did you do? nothing. you thought of ME
and decided as long as it doesnt directly effect you and your selfish ass, who cares about this country as long as you get yours first. you get all passionate on the internet forums, but wont stand up for anyones rights. cos you cant. why? you are pre conditioned to bend over and take it like a good lil soldier.

it is you my friend that is the burden. your apathetic and complacent ass would rather bash people like on on the internet rather than anti up and stand for your country. and dont give me that army story.....you were sent to other countries on the bidding of the govt.
to clean up george bush's disaster.

There is a country on the horn of Africa called Somalia you may have heard about. For many years now it has existed in a state of anarchy, and so you don't have to rush off to look it up in a dictionary it means "a state of society without government or law". Because there is no government or laws, authority is wielded at the whim of the person nearby who has the most guns.

There is no food supply system, no health system, no police force to protect the people, no reliable drinking water or electricity. There is no school system, no road maintenance, no public transit, no garbage collection, no parks and no rescue if you find yourself lost or in trouble. No fire department, no jobs, no unemployment insurance or social assistance for people on the wrong end of their luck. There are no artists because everyone is just trying to survive by scrounging food wherever they can find it, and hoping they don't get raped or shot by the thousands of armed thugs running around.

We don't have that problem here in Canada because we have an elected, democratic government. Despite its shortcomings our society provides us with a safe, secure place to live. Because of the cooperative and peaceful nature of our society we have all the things they don't have in Somalia. My kids can go to school here and become anything they want to be as long as they are capable and work hard enough. They are protected by a taxpayer funded police force that upholds laws enacted for the safety and security of Canada's citizens. Our very society is what it is because thousands and thousands of people believed in it enough to put on Canada's uniform and fight for it. They are still doing that today.

It is completely OK with me if you don't believe in our society because everybody is entitled to their opinion. What I find offensive though is that at the same time you deride our society, you feed off of it. You enjoy the benefits that your citizenship grants you but you refuse to give back to that same society or even acknowledge that you are a citizen, because that would imply some responsibility on your part wouldn't it? You only acknowledge what is good for you, the rest you reject as illegitimate. You take from us while preaching that the society that feeds and protects you is a figment of our imagination. You are a blatant hypocrite and fraud.

how many times do i have to repeat myself before your brainwashed mind get is?

we are not anarchists. we are not anti law. we are pro-RESPONSIBLE freedom.

to a fool there is no difference. to a clear mind its not hard to tell the distinction between anatchy and freedom. your little story about somolia is a story about anarchists. we are not.

how many times did i have to repeat myself and answer the same question as to how i make money? 3? 4? before you finaly actualy realized it. go back grasshopper. read.

i have stated this at least four times... we are not anti law. we love the law, just not the way it is manipulated by power hungry corperations. you live in a wonderful country where the government has a self purifying system within it.. and that is the people. we are the ones that have a duty to the government to make sure they dont go overboard as so many others have in history. you all have a very powerfull remedey. and never use it.

in fact, it is so un-used, that like a muscle going atrophy, it is losing strenth.

wake up! we arent trying to tell you to over throw government. we realize the need for government and law. it is what makes us civil. what you dont see is that you are a slave.

when government and city corperations get to the point that they feel they can demand you to pay them to beg them for permission to share ownership of your property, then beg again to use it, there is a problem.

when members of the public get tazered just for asking questions and not posing any threat at all physically, there is a prooblem.

when a cop can assault a citizen and yes even your family... just because you dont understand what they are saying, there is a problem.

when welfare workers can assume color of right and take your children based on assumptions and heresay, and use them to test mind altering drugs, there is aproblem!

wake up sheep! before you go over a cliff

oh and by the way rockie.. societey doesnt protect me. the military would, if war hit our shores, but the government would all go hide in a foxhole and let you good soldierboys take taht bullet. dont worry we will honour you later on if you live.

i revoked the consent to be represented and thus governed. whhy? because i dont need it.

i dont need those silly restrictions. i conduct myself responsibly and dont harm. i have

honor.

when i was a child,i tought as a child and understood as a child, and needed the restraints. somethimes as achild i acted as a child.

now i am a man and have put off childish things.

your societey doesnt protect me. i represent myself. im big enough to deal with a bully wihtout crying "no fair!"

You take the laws you like and keep them and refuse to play by the laws you do not like. Sorry boy, that's not the way things work in the real world. You will never have a 100% solution. There will always be stuff you agree with and stuff you don't.

The military that would protect you is paid by the government, which in turn takes his money from the society, therefore the society does indeed protect you.

You refuse to be governed, but you take all the benifits that come with being governed. Get real.

Of course you're anti-law. We have many laws in this country passed on behalf of the citizens that you outright reject. One of them is paying taxes. You're a slippery scam artist weaseling your way out of the responsiblity your citizenship and residence in this country obliges you to. And you're not principled enough to renounce your citizenship which makes you a burden on the rest of us. All this freedom BS you spout is just your way of avoiding responsibility. You're a not very clever conman.

actualyl i dont treat the law like a smorgas board. i accept the whole law. like it or not.

statues are not laws. and i dont reject all statutes. i jsut reject the ones that are in direct conflict with the constitution and rule of law.

or are you going to tell me that getting a fine for not liscensing your cat is somehow connected to justice? what crime is that? come on man... you know dam well the intent behind those things are purley comercial. greed. revenue generators.

there is a maxim in law that satates " it is the intent of the law that must prevail lest every contract should fail (be rendered void ab-initio), and, the letter is subject to the intent and not the intent subject to the letter" now here is a prime example of a violation..

2 am.. no one is near at a 4 way intersection in a residential neiborhood...

there is a stop sign there and you come to a "rolling stop". you slow down to 0.25 kph, and resume your course. not coming to a complete stop, as it is evident that there was no other oncoming traffic.

there is a cop with his lights turned out half way down the block and nabs you, writes you a ticket.

the intent of stop signs is to control traffic. its a good thing. when no one is around the stop sign is jsut a sign, no crime or compromise to anyones safety is apperant. the cop wrote you up based on the letter of the law and not giving equitable consideration to the intent.

why? because he has a quota. what justice was served at that time? none. no crime happened. who profited? the court. did the driver harm anyone? no.

so why should you have to pay? you didnt do anything wrong. you did something THEY say was an offence. different word there. offence is not a wrong or a crime.

dude.. you need to do alot more research before you know what your talking about. you assume that jsut because you did a stint in the army, that you know something... pff

we reject anything that conflicts with the constitution, or the rule of LAW. not statute.

not all statutes are bad. like speed limits. thier intent serves a good thing. it protects everyones riught to staftey. but the cop that writes you up at 2 am for a rolling stop with no one else around... is bogus.

the cop that asusmes he can tell you where to stand, what to say, and if you dont he is allowed to make another assumption, and based on that assumption tazer your sorry ass!!

You do realize that the (Canadian) Constitution is a Statute, right? A Statute being a law that is made by an Act of Parliament being given Royal Ascent; in this case The Constitution Act.

Problem is, there will always be "power hungry... greedy" people out there; it's human nature. Theoretically, your idea would work if everyone was forced to follow your idealism of responsibility. This is, however, not the case.
tehmastermonk wrote:your societey doesnt protect me. i represent myself. im big enough to deal with a bully wihtout crying "no fair!"
I assume you live in a house. If you're "big enough to deal" with problems, let's cut off your water, sewage, electricity, phone line, cable, internet, and see what happens. Because surely you're "big enough to deal" with this conundrum.

Unless you have personally built the system that provides these utilities to you, you are using services provided by tax money. In Canada, typically these things are managed by municipalities, which are run off -- you guessed it -- taxes.

You see, from an economic point of view, your contribution is nominal, which by definition makes you a burden on society.

umm the taxes are incorperated into my statement. you see, if the government cornerst the market, then outlaws anyone outside of them to provide that service, then they are in fact forcing thier services on you, at thier prices.

as far as losing power and all that, the stupidest thing the government can do is take everything. then a man has nothing left to lose. think on that...

i pay my bills the same as you. so that whole burden on society is nonsense. i am fully liable. are you? no.. you can shat your pants and make the government clean it up. i cant.

i cant get welfare, i cant go on employment insurance. i cant throw a tantrum at work and
cry to the city. i have revoked consent to be represented. get it?

that does not free me from the criminal code, nor does it free me from honor.

you are assuming sooo many things! you dont even know wich taxes pay for what service.
you assume this tax pays for that service, but your government refuses to give the public full disclosure.

if you get drunk, drive a car, cripple or kill someone, you can get a facy ass lawyer and at the most get 5 years i jail. limited liability. sure they can raise the charge up to manslaughtser and get you 15 years, but you get out in 1/3 time if you take thier indoctoranating programs.

if i do that, i get life. you and your passivity is the burden to society.
your government nannys you along. you are butlered and maided into passivity and assume the definitions taught to you instead of thinking for yourself. why? cause you dont know who you are. you look in the mirror every day, and dont like that you see, because you were taught lies about yerself.

Beats me how you equate not paying taxes to being responsible. To the rest of us you're a deadbeat we have to support with infrastructure and security we provide for you. You reject citizenship as illegitimate and you say it does not apply to you. If you believed half of what you spew you would renounce your citizenship, but you don't do you? It's too valuable to you. You benefit too much from it to give it up, and that's why you're a hypocritical hack. A pretender to self-responsibility and discipline when really, you're just a bum.

You should also seriously consider shoplifting a new keyboard. I think Rob Menard snuck into the house you're squatting in and mixed up the letters.

first of all you dont provide me with anything.. not one service.
and you are the bum. you are the one putting words into my mouth i didnt say, and you are the one that would be in the welfare line up if you lost ur job
you are the one that would take employment insurance and the first to cry to your neigbor about politics, yet you are the last one to step up and make a stand.

you and your whole ME first thinking done give two shits about anything that doesnt directly threaten your creature comforts. once those are gone you wont know wtf to do or how to survive. you would be lost because your government had babysat you and what a tantrum you people have wehn the government offers the people the chance to take responsibility! you rockie are the bum. i work for my money and refuse to give it to liears and thieves.
