Position Group Embraer Pay?

Could someone please tell me what the take home pay if for a lowly YYZ EMB FO after the dreaded flat pay - i.e. third year second class pay? Based on an average month of course. I know it's going to be a shameful figure considering you are flying for the National Flag Carrier but unfortunately this is where our once great profession seems to have ended up. Bitter? Just a bit.

Year 3 FO pays $63.02/hr and year 4 is $66.39 multiply that by approx 1000 hours a year to get your per annum.

Take about 60% of that depending on your province.

Yup! I picked the right company.

Might be in your case, but still not my cup of tea. Nothing personal, just not my idea of what it should be all about. Might float your boat and that's great for you, but my boat doesn't float on Kool Aid (granted it doesn't float on peanuts either). On another note, wonder if I can get a German passport? Hmmm?

Not sure if we are looking at the same pay scale. But it was pointed out to me that 4th year EMJ F/O pay was $73.91 per/hr. If you look it up on ACPA Web site you will find it there. Its in the small box highlighted in yellow.

Right you are. I was looking at the formula rates for the Embraer and not the blended PG rate which actually raises the floor for EMB F/O's.
