My hangar is large, and very well insulated, with in floor radiant heat as well as forced air heat. It has exceptional lighting, and is clean and tidy (usually). It also has an electric bi-fold door, and is attached to an office with computer/internet access and full washroom facilities.

Sounds too modern for most mechanics... I mean AME's ... I mean engineers......

I'm sure you won't have a hard time finding someone to work there....

Just one thing....... I don't see fridge (beer) written anywhere........

Ok I will ask some questions as if I were interested. What is the square footage of the building? What is the door opening size and what is the tallest aircraft one could get into the hanger. Ie; can you fit a Cessna 206 on amphibs in the hanger or is a person limited to C-172's? What is the cost per square foot for lease. Is the lease for 1-5 yrs? Is there even a lease option considered. What if I find out your not worthy of working on aircraft while assisting me? Can I fire you and carry on with no hard feelings? Too many unkowns to make a guy want to jump at something like this. Anyways, not trying to rain on your parade, just wanting to keep it real.

Cannot find it in Jepessen text books.

Is it a shelf where aviation components automatically repair themselves to legal specifications that you need for approval?

Dayum, that does sound like a good deal for rent. I rent a hangar for 175.00 a month and it only has one electrical outlet and no heat. Im on the wet coast mind you so we dont have a real winter like yourself. Good luck on your search.

Yeah, I think it will be a good deal too.

I wish I was on the west coast, I really miss it. The winters here sure are cold, but we do not get much rain, so it might be a toss up!
