Great pic!! Although I see this picture and think of all the snags generated by those little bastards...boroscope both engines, leading edge damage, fan blade damage, landing light lens, krueger flap damage, etc...and all the cleaning of guts and feathers outta every nook and cranny...mmmmmm

If you look at the article the digitally zoom in on the engine shot and you can locate the splatter from a bird hitting the leading edge. Well if someone were so inclined to want to look for that.....

unfortunately it reminds me of cleaning goose guts out of a 200 at YYC in the good old CANADIAN AIRLINES days. I'd forgotten all about that one.
