The most difficult thing about flying is knowing when to say no.

After over a half a century of flying I can not remember even one trip that I refused to do that resulted in someone getting killed because of my decision not to fly.

Didn`t recognize it as I always arrived at nite via the offset VOR app to 35 and departed on 17. On app would see the people in their condos on the cliff sides. On dep the security guy stationed on the road about 50`from the threshold would stop traffic so the engine thrust wouldn`t blow them off the road! Then it was a launch into a black *ss nite.
Yup, never seen it in the lite of day...so that`s what it looks like... :D
