I don't know if you ever read this site, but you sir are the man. The job you do is appreciated by me and lots of other pilots I know. You've been putting the service in Flight Service for years and it's noticed.

If you are talking about Paul the weather briefer he is the man. You can tell when someone likes his job and really knows what he is doing; customer service lives.

I like it when the FIC guys/gals identify themselves. Feels more familiar and friendly. Kamloops FIC "Ross" is another great guy. After a couple years you really start to recognize the voice of most specialists. I can tell right at the beginning of the call that I'm either going to get a really good briefing, or just someone reading me METAR's.

Agree absolutely - I have had the good fortune of getting a briefing from Paul on more than one occasion and it is always a pleasure. I hope you do read this - keep up the good work.
