My basement apartment is available for rent starting Dec-01-2009.

It's near the Northwest end of Mississauga, near Winston Churchill and Britannia.

It's one bedroom with separate entrance. Parking, laundry, full cable TV, WI-FI, utilities all included. The apartment is less then 3 yrs old...very good condition.

Drive to YYZ is 20 minutes with no traffic, or 30 minutes during the morning rush. The rent is $725 per month...first and last required.

Cable and internet provided. Washer/dryer in the unit. Access to pool and gym. Lots of restaurants close by. 24 hour Shopper's Drug Mart, Tim Hortons and Starbucks across the street. There is also 3 grocery stores, a shopping mall and LCBO/beer store within walking distance. $240/month.
