Probably before your time on here but I once suggested that when a stock goes down and with the expectation that it will go back up, it's a good time to "buy". As always, the teal remarks were rather sarcastic. So yes, I told you so. Anyway, what do I know, I'm not a big stock market player. I have other retirement plans.

OIC. You think that only because an analyst gives a stock a much higher target, that means the stock is going to go up? HA! Go check out the last 3 years of WJ's stock history, when the analysts were predicting well over $20/share... Still waiting. Other than a 1 week blip 2 years ago, it hasn't happened. Correct me if I misunderstood you, but a target price is completely wishful thinking until it happens.
