Does anyone have any information regarding dispatching at Air Georgian? Do they have dispatchers or is it handled by Air Canada? If internal, anyone know anything about schedules, salary, etc??
Any info would be great.

Re: Air Georgian Dispatching
It's a self dispatch system, however all co-ordination, crew sked and flight following is in house. Skeds for flight followers, or dispatchers, are 4 on 4 off, usually nights or days. Crew sked works early morning to early evening, as does ops co-ordinators. Last I saw, dispatchers started around 24Gs a year, more if you have the TC exams finished. Crew sked is more.
You get AC passes after 6 months, medical and dental is alright, again after 6 months. I did it for 4 years and all and all it was a great place to work. I've been out of the company for the last few years so I can't say if it's changed since then. Like I said though, I enjoyed working both in the office and on the flight line there.
