I can't answer the first because I do not work for them, however I do know that they run them two crew. They do not operate auto pilots therefore need the co for ifr flights. they bring them along for the rest of the flights so they can build up time and eventually go captain. Now I do hear that managment is a pain and moral might be low(few people have left). The pay from what i hear is 1000base and .16c a mile. They also have a rotation for those in the far north(I do not know the details on it). There are alot of people on the ramp and are of course short on co's and cap's heance the ad. Hope I helped and if there is anything wrong or out of place with my info, for anyone who works their I appologize.

Well just heard from a buddy at TWA, they screwed over their guys again. Hired some guy from NDA/National. Gave him a Ho in YVC, but he has some king air time too. Word is he'll go straight to the King Air, taking yet another deserving spot from a dedicated empolyee. Great For Morale !!
Hope things turn around for the guys that have put their time in up North.

Don't go to TWA as a left seater. These hicks have no idea what the aviation industry is about. You won't be popular!! The only way to get respect at TWA is to start on the ramp, or if you are the ex CP's son!!!

That's funny, the ex CP's son has no respect at TWA from anyone. He may think he does, but everybody laugh's at him the minute he leaves the room. He's not helping his cause by going around and saying things like " Cause your boss said so", or walking into a room and saying "your boss is here". I would like to see Jr. hear him say something like that just once. Must be hard for him to be called the "senior northern pilot" when he's done more damage to the planes, then all the other pilots combined. I guess that does make him Senior at "Damaging Planes"!! LOL !!!The only way to get respect at TWA is to start on the ramp, or if you are the ex CP's son!!!

Well i worked for "JR" back in the day...and he is an ...........well lets just say he thinks he is god, but he is the topic of MANY aviation jokes. DOnt worry between him and his partner, they are slowly running another aviation company into the ground. Lets say 6- 12 months???

They unfortunatly will likely last longer than 6-12 months, but only because Norcanair quit. If a company were to come in and give consumers someone else to fly with and provide a better service (not difficult), TW would die. A five year old could run a better airline there.

I wondered how long it would take someone to start a rumour about WWA running a northern sched. I'm surprised it took this long.
The problems that have always existed at AAL/TWA between "Senior Northern Pilot" and the rest of the employees are bad for morale and mainly just a waste of energy. Everyone else should accept the way things are - they won't change - and "S.N.P." should try to avoid even the appearance of being disrespectful to others.
